Due to the nature of our products we are unable to refund or exchange items that have been personalised unless the item is deemed faulty. Please take your time when ordering as there is no return or exchange for change of mind or mistakes made during the ordering process so please choose and check carefully. Junior Co will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged during transit.
In the event that orders are either faulty or are damaged, please contact us within seven business days of receiving your order. Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault and will not be considered after that time. If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a full refund or exchange
Slight variations may occur in colours and sizing across all of our products and images as shown on all media platforms. We try to minimise any discrepancies to the best of our ability and cater to all in every aspect of Junior Co.
